1. After a week of feeling yucky, I’m on the mend. YAY! Much prayer has gone up on my behalf. Thank you (you know who you are)!

2. I have a free training session with a real trainer at my gym next week. Whoooweee! They said they’ll put me through a pretty tough workout. Is it weird that I’m looking forward to it?

3. I’ve not written very much at all lately. Matter of fact, this is probably the most I’ve writeen in a few weeks. That’s not too pitiful, is it?
