Net Niblets and Nuggets… tasty treats for the mind

If you’re hungry for a few new tasty net-niblets and nuggets, here are some to gnosh on…

Charlesbridge Publishers Blog — Check out the post on the Hall of odd animals. http://charlesbridge.blogspot.com/2010/12/hall-of-oddanimals.html Yep. It’s odd…but in a wonderful way!

Flashlight Press blog – Note how many of their books have received awards! Shari Greenspan is the editor and gives a link to submission guidelines on the blog.

Rachelle Gardner – agent for CBA.  Closed for submissions for first quarter right now, but gives instructions for how to query when they reopen for subs.

StoneArch Books – check ’em out! Submission guidelines link is in right sidebar. Good stuff!

Buried in the Slush Pile – Considering a status query? You really, really, really need to read this blog and the January 7th entry.

The best thing about these tasty blog-nuggets? They are much healthier than the McNasty nuggets you might have had recently — and they don’t have any calories! 🙂

Let me know if you visit these sites…and if you have any you think I should visit!

  1. Hi Donna,
What great nuggets and no calories! I am excited to learn of the work-for-hire opportunities at StoneArch Books. I want to check this out. I also agree that everyone should read the slush pile article you recommended.
    Thanks so much!

  2. Hi Donna,
It’s me again. I decided to subscribe to all these blogs, thanks to you. I wanted you to know how much I appreciate all the research that went into this post and all the great nuggets you were willing to share. Thanks my friend.

    Linda A.
